1969 graduate of Newton High
School; Bordentown Military Academy 1969-1970; William Penn University
1970-1976; elected for accomplishments in football, wrestling and
baseball; in high school football was All County in 1967 and 1968; in
high school wrestling, was District Champion in 1968 and 1969, 3rd in
District in 1966, 2nd in Region in 1969, Newton MVP in 1969; completed
high school career with a record of 28-11-4; in high school baseball,
was All County in 1969 and second team All County in 1968
In prep school, was State Champion
in 1970
In college football, was All
Conference in 1973 and 1974 and All District in 1974; in college wrestling,
was Conference Champion in 1972 and 1974, 2nd Team All Conference in 1971,
3rd Team All Conference in 1973, All District in 1973 and 1974; NAIA
National Champion in 1974, William Penn University MVP in 1971, 1973 and
1974 and had a collegiate career record of 89-8
Professional Football-signed a
contract with the New York Stars of the World Football League in 1974
Coaching-has been assistant
wrestling coach at Kittatinny Regional High School since 1980; during that
period KRHS has won 8 SCIL Titles, 12 Sectional Titles, 6 Group II State
titles and 8 District Titles
